Checking your account activity regularly is one step you can take to protect against potential fraud. By reviewing your balances and account transactions frequently, you’ll be able to quickly recognize and report suspicious activity such such as unauthorized transactions.
Bank of Hawaii offers the following ways for you to monitor your accounts:
e-Bankoh provides you current balance and transaction information. In addition, you can set up email alerts to notify you when your account reaches a minimum balance or when transfers have been completed.
We have apps for various mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. This makes your account information within easy reach wherever you go. Enrollment in e-Bankoh is required to use the Bank of Hawaii mobile banking apps.
To download an app, visit your mobile device’s app store and search for Bank of Hawaii.
You can retrieve your account balances and recent transaction via text with Text Banking. Simply send the following text banking commands to 79680:
|Balance||B||Summary of available balances for all accounts|
|History||H||Summary of recent transactions by account|
To activate Text Banking, you’ll need to enroll your phone via e-Bankoh using a personal computer or laptop via the Mobile Banking Center in the Financial Center dashboard.
An internet-enabled device is required to access the e-Bankoh Mobile Banking App and/or Browser. Standard data usage fees apply. Please contact your carrier for details. Text messaging fees from your wireless carrier may apply.
