Megan Nguyen is Assistant Vice President and Residential Loan Partner in the Kālai Services Group. With 5 years of mortgage lending experience, Megan is well-versed in all areas of the mortgage process including operations, underwriting and loan origination. Her background serves as a solid foundation to facilitate the more complex loans associated with Kālai Services clients. Most recently, Megan served as loan officer for the direct to consumer mortgage team, which allowed her to work with and service the bank’s most valued high net-worth clienteles. Prior to her career at the bank, Megan worked in a number of different financial fields, including insurance, accounting and property development.

Megan is a proud alumni of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and received her bachelor’s degree from the Shidler School of Business with a concentration in finance and international business. Megan is also a graduate of the bank’s Professional Pathways to Excellence program and has served as mentor for the Bank of Hawaii and University of Hawaii student mentorship program.
