Lester Nakamoto is Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Group. He has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry and served in a number of leadership and relationship roles with Bank of Hawaii in Branch Banking, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking in Hawaii and the West Pacific. He most recently served as Market Manager overseeing the branches in the Central Maui Market.
Lester is a graduate of Lahainaluna High School and attended UCLA and the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
Lester currently serves on the boards of the Maui Visitors Bureau and Maui Behavioral Health Resources, the umbrella organization for Aloha House, Maui Youth & Family Services, and Malama Family Recovery Center.
