Bank of Hawaii Announces New Senior Vice President Jeffry E. Barno

Jeffry E. Barno recently joined Bank of Hawaii as senior vice president and director, financial planning & analysis. He is responsible for managing the bank’s corporate-wide financial forecast and budget, financial data and reporting, and working with internal stakeholders on their business unit forecasts and budgets.

A seasoned business professional with a 30-year global track record in formulating and executing strategic finance, risk and compliance solutions, Barno has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and 12 years of experience in management and IT consulting. Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii, he worked with a variety of financial services companies, most recently serving as SVP and Financial Planning & Analysis Director for HomeStreet Bank in Seattle. He also worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as Director of Advisory Services and with Hancock Bank as SVP and Director of Financial Planning, both in New Orleans.

Barno earned his bachelor of business administration degree in accounting/finance from Cleveland State University and was a member of the university swim team.
