Amortization Schedule

Find your amortization schedule
If you have a fixed-rate mortgage, you can access your amortization schedule under the “My Loan” tile in your dashboard. You will see a section called “Amortization Schedule." You have the option to see more details and print a PDF of your amortization schedule.

Monthly Automatic Payments

Set up online Monthly Automatic Payments on your mortgage account.
Go to your “Payment” tile in your dashboard. In the “Make a Payment” section, select the “Autopay” feature to set-up your monthly automatic payments.

Electronic Monthly Statements

Register to receive your statements electronically
Go to “Account Management” at the top of the banner. Select “Document Center.” You will see a section called, “Let us know how you’d like to receive your monthly statements.” You have the option to select “Mail” for paper statements or “Paperless Statements” to receive them electronically via email. There is no fee to receive your monthly statements electronically.

Access your statements online
Your online statements will be accessible for 2-years.

Co-Borrower

Access to the same features
If the co-borrower has a Bank of Hawaii Online Banking account, they will have access to most of the features and functionality as the primary borrower.

Can I get a payoff statement online?

Yes. Go to the “Payment” tile on your dashboard. In the “Loan Payoff” section, select “View Payoff Quote.” You will have the option to generate a payoff quote. You will be asked to provide a target date for payoff and a reason you are paying off. You will have the option to download a PDF of the payoff quote.

Can I view my payment history online?

Yes. Go to the “Payment” tile on your dashboard. You will see a section called “Payment History.” Select it to view detailed information regarding your mortgages payments.

How do I update my mailing address or phone number online?

Go to the “My Loan” tile. In the “Loan Information” section you may edit your mailing address, email, and phone number.

I have multiple mortgage accounts being serviced by Bank of Hawaii. How can I view them all online?

When you log into your account, your loans will be displayed in the upper right hand corner. You can use the drop down menu to select the loan you’d like to view and manage.

What if I forgot my User ID and Password?

You may reset your Online Banking User ID and Password here.

How was the estimated value calculated on my property?

Estimated values are available for properties located in the State of Hawaii-only. You’ll find it in the “My Home” tile where it says “Use My Equity.” We estimate your home’s value using a variety of sources such as property records, ownership deeds, recent home sales reports and other mortgage records. This process results in a range of potential values for your home. Although, we refresh information regularly to update our estimate, your home’s actual value may vary. A more accurate valuation requires an appraisal which allows a physical inspection of your home and takes into account special features and other local market factors.

How can I change the bank account from which my mortgage payment is deducted?

If you are on autopay and would like to change your bank account information you can go to the “Payment” tile and under the “Your autopay details” section, select “Modify Settings.”

If you are doing a One-Time Payment, you can set up your bank account information when scheduling your One-Time Payment.

How do I cancel my one-time payment?

If you scheduled your one-time payment, you may cancel it by going to the “Payment” tile and in the “Scheduled Payments” section, you may select “x” which will present you with a message asking to confirm you’d like to cancel your one-time payment.

If I have an escrow account, am I able to view my property tax payment and insurance payment online?

If you have an escrow account on your loan, you can view your Property Tax and insurance payment information by going to the “My Loan” tile in your dashboard. In the “Taxes and Insurance” section you can also select “View Details” for more information.

Can I look at my Year End Statement and print it out for my tax return?

Yes. Go to the “Account Management” and select “Document Center”. Under the “Taxes” section, your Year End Statement (1098) will be available in PDF format for you to download.
