Bank of Hawaii text banking offers customers a fast and convenient way to bank. Retrieve account information, within minutes, on your mobile phone via text message. It’s a service available to all e-Bankoh® customers.*

Text banking is easy. Just send the appropriate command code via text and your request will be completed in under a minute.

Getting Started


Accessing and signing on to the mobile site is EASY.

To start using this convenient service, simply enroll your phone or other mobile device via e-Bankoh using a personal computer. Sign on to e-Bankoh and go to the "All" menu and choose "Settings" then "Mobile Banking".

*Mobile banking is available to all e-Bankoh Online Banking customers. An internet-enabled device is required to access the e-Bankoh Mobile Banking App and/or Browser.  Text banking supports AT&T, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, MetroPCS, and Cricket. For more information, text “HELP” to 79680. To opt-out of the program, text “STOP” to 79680 at any time. Message and data rates may apply. You must be enrolled in e-Bankoh Online Banking to access mobile banking. Please contact your carrier for details. Your mobile device must be registered through the Mobile Banking Service enrollment process.
