Competitive. Fast paced. Development focused. Community based. Fun. Paid.

All of these words describe Bank of Hawaii’s Summer Intern Program for current college students. Upon completion of this eight-week, immersive experience into the inner-workings of the financial industry, you will make many new friends, learn a new craft or two, network with senior executives across the Bank, and most importantly, gain clarity around next steps in your professional journey.

Put down the backpack and pick up the proverbial briefcase. This highly-competitive program will provide you priceless clarity and preparation for your post-college career.

Postings typically go up around late October/early November, and the program runs annually from early June to early August.
