Bank of Hawaii’s Bank Associate program is an accelerated leadership development program, where recent college graduates are immersed in a whirlwind of professional development, community service and executive-level learning experiences.

As a Bank Associate, you will enhance your understanding of what it means to be a professional in a corporate environment, learn about banking and leadership and accelerate your readiness for new and exciting career paths.

Postings typically go up around late October/early November, and the program runs annually from early July to mid-December.
